Athens County Children Services Community Survey

Dear Athens County Community Member:

Athens County Children Services is committed to providing quality programs and services to the families and children of Athens County. As part of that commitment we are conducting a survey to get your feedback on the experiences you have had with our agency.  We are writing today to ask that you take a few moments of your time to fill out the enclosed survey.

This survey will remain available through Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

If you would like hard copies of this survey mailed to your home or organization, please call Robin Webb at 740-592-3061 or email Robin.Webb@jfs.ohio.gov

Thank you for your participation! We strive to continually improve on the services we provide to Athens County and know that your feedback will help us in this effort.
