Kidfest

The 25th annual Kidfest was a success! The day would not have been possible without the help of our sponsors. Many thanks to United Healthcare, Ohio University Athletics, The Athens Messenger, Power 105, Ohio University Credit Union, Pepsi, American Electric Power, and the Athens News.

Our sincere thanks to the members of the Kidfest Committee, Ohio University, the 115 staff and volunteers that helped to plan and run the event, and the over 2500 attendees that came to enjoy the activities that day.

Thanks to our wonderful performers! DJ A-Roc helped the day to run seamlessly, and he was joined by Cobra Cheer Extreme, Athens Irish Dancers, Tempo Tantrums, Mark Wood Fun Show, Cooking Cravan, Athens High School Cheerleaders, and the Kiddie Tractor Pull.

Thanks to the 60+ local businesses and organizations that set up interactive exhibits and information tables at Kidfest this year.

Over 500 children were given the opportunity to attend Kidfest for free thanks to Teacher's Pet sponsorships from Molina Healthcare, Mari Webb and Larry Conrath Realty, Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, Minuteman Press, and the Community Bank.
