Foster Care Yellow Pages
Every year, more than 1000 young Ohioans leave the state foster care system without being adopted. The Foster Care Yellow Pages were compiled for the purpose of assisting youth preparing for and experiencing the transition to the adult world after "aging out" of the foster care system. You can visit the Foster Care Yellow Pages here: http://fostercareyellowpages.blogspot.com/
